// Tranquil Tea Lounge//

I was so busy today. I woke up early had lunch at Coco’s with my Grandma and than I went to Fullerton to check out my school I decided to have some tea at this place I found on Yelp called Tranquil Tea Lounge in the midst of Downtown Fullerton a small little place with tables and a couch I laid back relaxed listened to some Death Cab for Cutie and drank some Green rose tea it was fairly warm so I asked for it to be iced and ate French Macaron cookies.

After chilling there for about an hour and a half I decided to just drive around orange county I passed disneyland I passed old houses and I started thinking about this weird concept, I couldn’t even tell you why I was thinking about giving a speech, a speech about love and having a ton of people there to listen I was thinking about what i’d want to say and I kept thinking about how I’d say “the view of a traditional ‘american’ family is this picture perfect have the best of the best luxuries a man and wife and there kids they work have a nice savings good cars and luxury items brand name, designer. but if you were to step into that picture no one is happy the husband is most likely having an affair and the wife is miserable and the kids listen to them fighting and they hate themselves. but than you take the quote unquote picture of a hopeless romance young struggling to make the bills, barely having a couch and a small TV in their 1 bedroom apartment but if you were to zoom in on this unpleasant picture you’d see this couple making love on the living room couch playfully fighting over the last bite of mac n cheese in the only pot they own the girl cuddling up in bed reading a book falling asleep and him staying up watching some TV playing some music and than laying down next to her kissing her and even though she is asleep and can’t hear him saying “goodnight gorgeous” sometimes things don’t look perfect but they mean so much and soemtimes people and situations look beautiful but inside are a mess of decayed wood. I don’t know why but I was thinking about that today.. and I wanted to share.
